I'll email you once I ship your order, which will be within two business days.
All orders are shipped by USPS, and delivery takes 2-8 days within the U.S.
Unless your order is just 1-3 cards, you'll get a Delivery Confirmation number.
*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ***
USPS First Class International CAN take up to 2-3 weeks.
Packages are occasionally delayed even longer by customs -- this doesn't happen often, but it's possible.
Any customs fees/tariffs imposed by your country are your responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to love love love whatever it is that you buy from me! If you don't, please contact me within three days of delivery to let me know. We will work it out. I am happy to offer you a replacement or a refund (minus my shipping costs).
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within three days of delivery so that I can go ninja kick whoever it was in the postal system that messed up your item. Also so that I can get you a replacement.
